Yes i’m in a good mood, i’m walking on sunshine. I went farming yesterday and on Saturday I went to Brindisa for some Tapas. Verdict? Loved it. 10/10 recommend. You can find Tapas all over London now, but Brindisa has stood the test of time and after trying it myself (instead of listening to a customers review) I know why.

What a s**t show 2020 has turned out to be. I didn’t expect it to be better than any other year but this is so bad you just got to laugh! I didn’t think that when asking my mates if they wanted to go out for dinner that they would question whether we should because of government guidelines. Imagine as a teenager, ‘hey wanna get drunk this weekend?’ ‘we can’t we’re under 18!’ Never happened.

I’m not on drugs, the dog is. He’s in the cone of shame but he’s doing fine. However he’s only allowed minimal exercise so if anyone wants to go for a walk in the evening let me know, don’t worry I have a leash I can use no whips, I can use a chain if that’s what you prefer…this got weird fast. Anyway..

No complaining, yes I know it’s raining. I’m a little blue today because Moose (deli dog) is in hospital. However in happier news I had the best Indian food i’ve had in my life yesterday. It’s a bit of a trek but Saravanaa bhavan serves up some stunning food!!

As you know, the deli is inspirational and provides inspiration. My favourite Hungarian came in this morning, made love to her porridge and then presented me with a proposition to do a little exhibition in the back room. Art, food, culture is there nothing the deli can’t do?

OMG i’m so quirky I love a Monday, Look at me…What’s wrong with Monday’s? I’m pretty sure i’ve had this rant before but ‘it’s Monday’ is not a reason to have the face of a smacked arse. Treat it like ‘new week new me’ and be happy, because it’s probably all down hill from here. #happymonday?

What’s the best time to come to the deli? I don’t know anymore! There’s always someone in the shop, i’ve come away from my desk 4 TIMES just to write this menu. It’s nice to be loved! Speaking of being loved shout out to Maddy (ex employee) who’s taking me for dinner tonight…review incoming.

As I write this i’m struggling to see because I just looked at something super bright…my future. I joke, but I did hurt my eyes. I feel like i’m growing up because I want to do more adulty things like make an investment however I know nothing of this world of stocks and shares and they use weird words. Maybe they do this so that people like me stay away. Well i’m going in!

I’m quite a personality, some love me some hate me. However if you express your hatred for me to my face you then run the risk of never again having a £1.50 flat white in central London. So ask yourself is it truly worth it? I don’t think it’s worth it personally but i’m biased!

So try it for yourself!

Black bean · aubergine in black bean sauce
Turmeric rice
Mushroom+ tarragon ragu pasta
Soup: White bean · rosemary + tomato
As the caramel slices fly out the door I will stand back and cry because I am on…a diet. At Christmas I will reward myself with 2 kilo’’s of customised Quality street (I disgust myself) but until then tears will continue to fall down my face as I stave myself of sweet goodness. #pray4me

The British public love a drink, the 10pm closure has seemed to turn into a drinking game of how many pints can I get down me before last call. It amazes me that no one in our government thought that this would happen. Sorry to get political.

Med veg + split pea
Sun dried tomato + leek rice
Roast chicken ragu pasta
